Shipping fee:

Free shipping on orders over $69.00. Free standard shipping on orders over $69 in US, CA, AU, DE, FR, GB, KR, JP,MX countries. When the order is less than 69 US dollars, an additional shipping fee of US dollars will be charged.For international deliveries, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

We gladly ship internationally to many countries around the world. International orders are subject to customs clearance procedures and may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Estimated delivery times for international orders may vary between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Order tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or the order tracking page on our website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Order modifications and cancellations:

ORDER TRACKING:

The order status can be tracked by yourself. After your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email to inform you that your package has been shipped with the tracking number of the order. At Look, we provide Standard Courier delivery to any address within Global. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports andJurongIsland. On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely.
